This excellent article that says it all about how unjust Detained Fast Track is, and the fight to end it. After losing a court battle 5 times, the Government must accept that it is in the wrong and start giving those seeking sanctuary a real chance of justice. After all it does not agree with repeat appeals from asylum seekers, appealing to save their lives.
It is Liberal Democrat policy to end DFT, and we support Detention Action all the way in the splendid work they are doing to let justice prevail.
